These general trading terms and conditions apply to all business transactions conducted through our online shop, www.orballoprinting.com, hereinafter the Seller. For more information about the Seller and our Privacy Policy, see the Legal Notice at the bottom of each page of this shop.


Please read the Terms of Purchase and our Privacy policy carefully before ordering. If you do not agree with all the Terms of Purchase or the Privacy Policy, you should not proceed with your order from our shop.

The Seller sells at a distance, preferably online, of 3D Printers, consumables, materials & parts


2. Content and information provided on the website


The Seller reserves the right to modify the commercial offering presented on the website (changes to products, prices, promotions and other commercial and service conditions) at any time. The Seller makes every effort within his/her means to provide the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. If an error of this kind occurs, being at all times beyond the Seller’s control it will be corrected immediately. If there is a typographical error in one of the prices displayed and a customer decides to make their purchase based on that error, the Seller must notify the customer of the error and the customer is entitled to cancel his or her purchase free of charge.


Within the contents of the website the Seller, at times, may show provisional information about certain products. In the event that the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product the customer is entitled to cancel his or her purchase free of charge.


The Seller is not directly or indirectly responsible for any of the information, content, statements and expressions contained in the products sold by the Seller. This responsibility falls to the manufacturers or distributors of these products. The customer understands that the Seller is merely an intermediary between him or her and the manufacturer or distributor.

4. Applicable Taxes


The prices of the products displayed on the Seller’s website, include Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable.

Purchases that are to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union are subject to VAT.

Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any non-members of the European Union or the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are exempt from VAT.


5. Method of payment


When ordering, the customer is free to choose to pay for their purchases by credit card, Paypal or Wire Transfer, cash on delivery (only in Spain and some European Union countries) or by other similar means. In certain cases, and to prevent fraud, the Seller reserves the right to ask a customer for a specific payment method if the identity of the buyer has not been proven conclusively.


6. Type, costs and time of delivery


The customer can select the delivery method among those that are applicable for his or her delivery area. You should be aware that the delivery, quality of service, delivery point and cost is different for each form of transport.


The Seller sends the orders to their customers through various nationally and internationally renowned courier companies. The date of delivery to the customer’s home depends on the availability of the product chosen and the delivery area of the client. A guideline for transport times is available in the “Delivery costs” section of our website. Before confirming their order, the customer will be given a guideline as to the delivery costs and times that apply to their specific order. However, both may vary depending on the specific circumstances of each order. In particular:


Transport times may be altered due to extraordinary incidents in transport and difficulties in delivering the goods.

The delivery costs shown on the website when ordering are approximate and calculated based on an average statistical weight. The Seller reserves the right to alter the delivery costs when the weight ordered varies more or less than 10% with respect to the average weight mentioned. In the event of a price change, the Seller will notify the customer of the change via email and the client may choose to cancel their order without incurring any cost.

7. Buyer’s rights and returns policy


The Seller does not guarantee its customers the availability or delivery time of products offered on its website except for products where a specific guarantee has been expressly cited. The catalogue shown is purely a guideline, as the manufacturers or distributors do not report inventory or guarantee early delivery. This situation prevents the Seller from accurately informing customers about the availability of products and from ensuring a given deadline, in any case, this will depend on the period of time that the manufacturer or distributor takes to supply the product.


The Seller guarantees its customers the option to cancel their order at any time and at no extra cost if the cancellation is carried out before the order has been made available to the transporter for delivery.


The client will have a period of seven days from the receipt of the order to terminate the agreement and return the product purchased. The client must inform the Seller of his or her desire to exercise the right to terminate the contract within the time stipulated and by email. The order must be returned with the delivery note and invoice, where appropriate, to the Seller, charging the Seller with the return costs. The return of the order has a return and handling costs of 25 euros.


The customer may return any item purchased from the Seller provided the products have not been opened or used and retain their original packaging. The return of personalized products (Escornabots, 3D printer kits) is not allowed.  The Seller will refund the money for the purchase by crediting the customer’s credit card, by bank transfer to the account specified by the customer or by crediting it to their account.

If a product other than that ordered by the client is delivered by mistake, it will be removed and the buyer will be given the right product at no additional charge.

8. Customer Obligations


The customer of the Seller agrees at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested on the user registration form or when placing an order, and to keep this information updated at all times.


The customer agrees to accept all the terms and conditions contained in these General Terms and Conditions with the understanding that they include the best possible service for the type of business developed by the Seller.


Moreover, the customer agrees to keep their personal passwords to our website confidential with the utmost care.


The customer agrees to permit the delivery of the order requested by providing a delivery address where the order can be delivered within the usual time of delivery of goods (Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1.30 pm and 4 pm to 6 pm). If the client fails in their obligation, the Seller will not be responsible for the delay or inability to deliver the order requested by the customer.


9. Applicable law and jurisdiction


The purchases made with the Seller are subject to the laws of Spain.
